BestHomes Properties is a marketing arm of PROFRIENDS - OTG Group, an in house sales team that have been a consistent no. 1 seller of all profriends projects. To date we achieved the Php1.4 billion mark on target annual sales for our group alone.Our land developer, profriends has been awarded as the leading developer in region 4A by HLURB. Pro-Friends, is a property development company that started operations in February 1999. It was established by a group of dynamic individuals who espoused a common vision of providing affordable quality homes in a real community setting, in the belief that building better homes means better lives.It has grown from being a provider of homes for the low income group in small pocket developments, to medium rise condominiums and townhouses for the middle income earners, as well as single detached units in estate developments for the higher end market. To date, the company has provided more than 20,000 quality and affordable housing units to its satisfied clientele mostly in the Cavite area, where it has found its market niche.
